Does Heartland Gift Baskets create custom or made to order gift baskets?

As long as we can find the product and a container, we will build it for you. There are no limits to what we can do for you.

For corporate baskets, can I add my company's logo'd items to the basket?

We have no problem doing this for you. We have found that mixing logo'd items with a unique basket works really well for silent auction items, golf tournament prizes and fundraisers.

Can individual containers and items be purchased that are on your website?

You can purchase any of the items and containers that you see on our website by clicking on "Occasions & Seasonal" and find a full list of the individual products. Or, call us and we can go through the details over the phone.

We deliver to anywhere in the world!

When will the gift basket I order be delivered?

This completely depends on where in the world you want the gift basket delivered. We are located in Calgary, Canada and have same day delivery or next day delivery available for Calgary and area. For anything outside of a 50 Km radius you will need to contact us by phone to arrange for delivery.

How will I receive a receipt?

As soon as payment is processed, you will receive a receipt via e-mail.

If I order a gift basket can I see a picture of what was delivered?

Yes you can. On the order form there is a prompt asking you if you would like to see a picture of the delivered basket. Just click "yes" and we'll make sure you receive a picture of the gift you have sent.

Can I cancel my order?

Of course you can. For same day delivery we ask that you call within one hour of ordering to cancel your order and for next day deliveries we require 24 hours notice.
